The January transfer window may have closed, but now we will start to see exactly which club will get best value for money. The Premier League's basement club QPR were the biggest movers, bringing in no fewer than six faces, with only West Brom not signing a single player.
Despite that, there was an estimated £117m spent in January, a significantly higher sum than last year, but well short of the phenomenal £225m spent in 2011. In total that means the 2012/13 Premier League season has seen an estimated £682m spent from the opening of the summer transfer window, to the close of the winter one.
We decided to find out who have been the English top flight's biggest spenders this season, looking at the net spends for each club.
