Despite missing out on the Champions League final following his stupid sending off in the semi, John Terry was determined not to miss out on the celebrations after his team-mates achieved another miraculous result in his absence.

Taking inspiration from Manchester United's David May, who infamously featured prominently in the photos of the Red Devils' 1999 Champions League victory, despite not playing in the final, Terry donned his kit and got his mug in the pics.

But it's not the first time JT has gatecrashed a big sporting event, as our exclusively doctored images in the gallery above prove.
