According to the Daily Mail, a furious Robin Van Persie reacted to the 2-1 defeat to Manchester United by reading "the Riot Act to the Arsenal dressing room".

For those unfamiliar with the Riot Act, it is an 18th century Act of the Parliament of Great Britain, that authorised local authorities to declare any group of 12 or more people to be unlawfully assembled, and thus have to disperse or face punitive action. At no point does it make mention of how Andrey Arshavin should learn to defend, but who are we to question RVP's methods?
