Former England star Luther Blissett claims UEFA and FIFA keep pushing racism under the carpet after Serbia were handed a fine for their part in ugly scenes following the England Under-21s' 2-0 win in October.

The 2013 European Championship play-off tie between the two sides ended in a brawl and European football’s governing body has also chosen to make Serbia play one game behind closed doors.

But Blissett believes they should have gone further, claiming Serbia should have faced total expulsion from the international game.
