And Davies rubbishes claims Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini could be facing a nine-game ban after he headbutted Stoke skipper Ryan Shawcross and clashed with the defender on a number of other occasions.

Davies told H & J: "What a load of tosh. What will happen is, he will be banned for three games for the admitted headbutt on Ryan Shawcross. You have to put it into context, Shawcross wasn't treated, he wasn't badly hurt, and to say nine games is ridiculous."
