French football journalist Julien Laurens says managing Real Madrid is Carlo Ancelotti's 'dream job' and claims the Italian could take over from Jose Mourinho in the summer.

Former Chelsea boss Ancelotti is currently boss of PSG but Laurens believes he is likely to be on his way at the end of the season and is set to end up in Spain.

And Laurens reckons Mourinho could swap roles with Ancelotti, and take charge of the big-spending French club.
