Newcastle Chronicle chief sports writer Lee Ryder tells talkSPORT that Newcastle United could miss out on the signing of France striker Loic Remy.

The Magpies had been expected to recruit the Marseille forward for a fee in the region of £8 million but reports suggest the 26-year-old is in London with the intention of joining Queens Park Rangers.
