George Graham has called for Arsene Wenger to buy some top quality, ready-made players in the January transfer window - and also insists Theo Walcott deserves an extended run of games as a centre-forward.

Walcott proved his point once again on Monday night when he netted the Gunners' fifth goal in their 5-2 win at Reading after impressing through the middle, and Graham sees no reason why he can't fill that role long-term.

The former Highbury boss also insists there is no reason why the north London giants shouldn't finish in the top four of the Premier League this season - especially if Wenger splashes out some of him £50m transfer war chest on proven stars.
