Rowe: Ferguson's blast at Williams was over the top

talkSPORT reporter Dave Rowe reflects on Sunday's 1-1 draw between Swansea and Manchester United at the Liberty Stadium.

United boss Sir Alex Ferguson claimed after the game that his side should have taken all three points, saying: "We absolutely battered Swansea."

But Rowe insists Swansea were good value for a point and deserve credit for their performance against the Premier League leaders.

And he insisted Ferguson's claim that Ashley Williams could have killed Robin Van Persie by hitting him on the head with a ball was 'over the top'.
