Tottenham legend Ossie Ardiles joined the Breakfast boys on Wednesday morning after seeing Andre Villas-Boas' side move up to third in the Premier League a day earlier with a 3-1 victory over Reading.

Ardiles said he sees no reason why Spurs can't finish the season in third and also hailed the form of wideman Aaron Lennon.

He told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast: "He was man of the match against Reading and man of the match against Sunderland. I have been impressed.

"I am very happy for him. He is not a young player anymore, he is a proper player now. He is more mature, very strong and when he gets the ball he will create problems."
