Taylor: Newcastle strikers must step up after Ba departure

Newcastle defender Steven Taylor has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show that the strikers at the club must step up after Demba Ba's departure for Chelsea.

He said: "He [Demba Ba] is a massive figure around the place but, like Alan Pardew said, I am pleased the saga is all over now. Hopefully we can move on. It is up to the strikers [left at the club] to step up to the plate."
