Evening Standard journalist claims Frank Lampard won’t leave Chelsea in the January transfer window - as the Blues need him so much.

The England midfielder's contract expires at the end of the season and is being chased by Manchester United along with MLS side LA Galaxy.

The Stamford Bridge faithful made their feelings known during the 2-0 Capital One Cup semi-final first leg loss to Swansea City by singing 'sign him up', when the 34-year-old emerged onto the pitch.
