Philippe Auclair, talkSPORT's French football correspondent, runs the rule over Newcastle's latest French signings.
The Magpies completed the signing of striker Yoan Gouffran from Bordeaux on Wednesday, following on from the acquisitions of Mathieu Debuchy and Mapou Yanga-mbiwa.
That takes the number of French-speaking players in Alan Pardew's squad to 15 and Auclair believes it could cause problems in the dressing room.
Speaking to the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, he said: "Like everyone else, I'm asking why all these French players?
"They are all arriving to a club which, in the eyes of many French players, is a springboard."
