Chris Smalling has handed Manchester United a boost by taking his seat on the plane to face Braga in the Champions League.
The central defender was among United's 20-man squad that left for Portugal on Tuesday afternoon, seeking to secure qualification from their group.
The England international, who was hugely impressive in his debut season at Old Trafford, last featured for the club back in May and has since been ruled out with a broken metatarsal.
Smalling's return to United's squad is a welcome piece of good news considering Nemanja Vidic will be out until Christmas at least.
