Chelsea interim manager Rafael Benitez has admitted his side have it all to do in the return-leg of their Europa League last-16 tie with Steaua Bucharest, following a 1-0 first-leg defeat in Romania.
The Blues were well under-par away from home, but while Steaua controlled the possession the Premier League side had the better chances.
And Benitez has rued his players’ lack of efficiency in front of goal as he looks to the task at hand when the teams meet again at Stamford Bridge next week.
"I was a little bit disappointed with the result because I felt we could have scored, but now we have to do everything at Stamford Bridge,” the Spaniard told ESPN.
"It will be difficult because they are quite organised, they work very hard and they can counter-attack.
"But we have confidence that we will do well at Stamford Bridge.
“This result means we have to win at home and we have to push together."
Benitez also added his frustration with the ‘soft’ penalty decision which gave the home side the win and the slight advantage for the return-leg.
"I think it was very soft. To give a penalty in this situation, and especially when you have so many referees in their positions, it is soft.
“But you cannot change the situation.”
