QPR midfielder Shaun Derry has warned his team-mates that they need to keep their discipline against Man City if they are to have any chance of getting a result against the Premier League leaders.
The Super Hoops need either a win or a draw against their opponents at the Etihad Stadium if they are to survive their first season back in the top flight of English football.
But since January Mark Hughes’ team have had a player sent off in six of their matches and Derry fears that any other shows of disobedience could cost them dearly.
He told the Weekend Sports Breakfast: “We can’t let ourselves down by going a man down like we have done in a number of games this year.
“We can only do what we can do and that’s hopefully to get something out of tomorrow’s game. It’s a massive game for everyone connected with the club.
“It’s a one-off game. It’s a cup final and we’ve just got to give it everything.”
