Liverpool starlet assures fans he will sign new deal

Suso has reassured Liverpool fans that he will sign a new contract with the club in the near future.

The youngster has made a breakthrough this season and been part of Brendan Rodgers' first team.

His performances have generally been impressive and the Spain Under-19 international is seen as one of the club's brightest prospects.

There had been some worry among supporters regarding Suso's situation as his contract expires next summer, however the 18-year-old is adamant talks over a new deal will bring a positive outcome.

"Liverpool is the ideal club for me", he told Onda Cero. "I'll sign a new deal soon and be here for a long time.

"The fans can relax, it'll be done as soon as possible."
