Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers warned City off Suarez on Thursday after it was reported the Premier League champions were considering a £40million bid in January.
But Mancini insists he has no interest in the Uruguay hitman, who has been in sparkling form this season, and has ruled out making any signings when the transfer window re-opens.
"For two weeks we talk about Monaco, after [Pep] Guardiola, after another manager, now Suarez, now Mario [Balotelli]," said the City boss.
"We have a good team and we don't need to buy another player in January. We can't buy Suarez or another player because we have four strikers and Suarez plays for Liverpool."
