Stoke midfielder Charlie Adam admits his team have to take one game at a time in the Premier League.
After their 1-0 win against Fulham he said: “It doesn’t matter who scores as long as we keep winning games and getting three points. We’ll have a good chance this year. We were good for 80 minutes and then we got a bit nervy.”
Adam scored the goal that gave his side the three points after a knock-down from striker Peter Crouch.
“When you have someone like Crouch knocking it down to you, you can get a few goals.”
He continued: “They’ve got good players and a good manager.
“It’ll be a good game for us after today’s victory; hopefully we can kick on and get another three points. You can’t keep looking too far ahead of you.
“Take each game as it comes. At the end of the season, where we finish is what matters.”
