New Chelsea boss Rafa Benitez will be without Frank Lampard and John Terry for the Premier League clash against Fulham

Rafa Benitez will have to continue his new Chelsea career without the assistance of club stalwarts John Terry and Frank Lampard.

The England duo missed his opening match in charge against Manchester City and are again ruled out through injury for Wednesday night's highly-charged derby with Fulham.

Striker Daniel Sturridge is also on the injury list and Benitez said: "They are all improving, but no return dates set. There are no other major injury concerns."

Terry, who suffered a medial ligament strain in a challenge with Luis Suarez against Liverpool earlier this month, is also likely to miss the weekend match against West Ham.
