Parker has been sidelined since the summer with an Achilles injury and has been missed at the heart of the Tottenham midfield.
The England star aggravated the injury playing at the European Championship Finals during the summer and needed surgery to clear up the problem.
Parker played a major role in helping Tottenham finish fourth last season but they just missed out on a Champions League place after Chelsea won the competition.
The 32-year-old has now resumed training and could even make his Premier League comeback in the game against Everton on December 9.
Villas-Boas said: "We want him to regain fitness. He is in light training but we hope in the next two weeks he will be able to get to the level of his colleagues and be available for match selection."
