Arsene Wenger admitted last week that the Crystal Palace winger was on his shortlist in January, and a number of papers carried stories on Friday that claimed Arsenal were confident of signing the England international.
And that has infuriated Holloway, who insists that Zaha is not for sale.
"I think it's a disgraceful thing to put in the paper," he said.
"I am very shocked at Arsenal for being unprofessional like that and talking about someone else's players, to be honest."
