Sunderland release former Man United and Tottenham star
Sunderland have cancelled Louis Saha’s contract by mutual consent.
The striker joined the club on a free transfer last summer after leaving Tottenham, but he has only made two starts since then.
And with Danny Graham joining the Black Cats in a £5million deal, the 34-year-old has agreed to leave the Stadium of Light.
Sunderland AFC chief executive Margaret Byrne said: “We wish Louis all the very best for the future and thank him for his contribution to Sunderland.”
