Michael Laudrup looks set to extend his contract at Swansea City after a successful start to life at the Liberty Stadium.
The Danish manager has guided the Jacks up to seventh in the Premier League this season and has been heralded for the signing of Michu and Pablo Hernandez, who have been instrumental to their form.
And chairman Huw Jenkins is said to be keen on tying the former Real Madrid and Barcelona star down in Wales, with the two parties to speak presently about a contract extension.
Laudrup’s agent Bayram Tutumlu told Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet: "Yes, Swansea has a strong interest in extending Michael Laudrup's contract.
"In the coming days, we will meet with Swansea and discuss the possibility of an extension."
