West Ham co-chairman David Gold has insisted he is fully behind Hammers manager Sam Allardyce.
Rumours have surfaced linking former Irons star Paolo Di Canio to a return to the club as manager, following his departure from a hugely successful stint at League One side Swindon Town.
In response to the gossip, Gold published the opinions of two West Ham fans calling for Di Canio to replace Allardyce on his official Twitter page, as well as two more of the opposing view.
But the businessman then took to the social network site to voice his support of the club's current coach:
"Always interesting to see the different opinions from people on Twitter. My view is clear though - Big Sam is our man!”
