Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge's thriving strike partnership will prove decisive in Liverpool's game against Tottenham according to former Reds defender Steve Nicol.
The Liverpool legend told talkSPORT's Extra Time the deadly duo will cause Spurs all sorts of problems.
He said: "Liverpool no question create chances. Obviously Suarez is absolutely flying. They have complemented each other they have created chances together, they've scored goals together.
"From a Liverpool point of view I don't think it could have gone any better.
"I think this is going to be a great test for Michael Dawson. We are going to see what he's made of tomorrow if he can handle Suarez and Sturridge with the sharpness they have with the ball at their feet.
"This will go a long way to tellling everybody to how good this guy is be because he has to be knocking on the door for an England spot."
With Gareth Bale in scintillating form the Scot said there will be chances aplenty for both sides at Anfield but that the potential absence of Aaron Lennon with a hamstring injury could prove key.
