Sir Alex Ferguson has confirmed Anders Lindegaard is set to miss at least four weeks of action due to an ankle injury.

The Danish keeper has impressed for Manchester United this season and has regularly been preferred to summer signing David de Gea, who has come in for much criticism after a number of shaky performances.

Ferguson now has decide whether to play under-fire de Gea in Sunday's crunch game against Chelsea or rookie Ben Amos, who played in the 2-0 win over Stoke on Tuesday night after the Spaniard came down with an illness.
