Torres keen for Benayoun to make Chelsea return
Fernando Torres has revealed he hopes Yossi Benayoun can return to Chelsea after finishing his loan spell with Arsenal.
The Israeli joined the Gunners on a season-long loan after falling down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.
And so far he has made 17 appearances for Arsene Wenger’s side, scoring three goals.
But Torres, who played alongside Benayoun at Liverpool, is keen to reunite with 31-year-old, saying: “He is a really good friend so hopefully he can join Chelsea after his loan in Arsenal.”
