
Tottenham defender William Gallas will take part in a training ground friendly on Tuesday as he prepares to step in following Michael Dawson's injury.
Harry Redknapp will now turn to France international Gallas, who signed a one-year deal at White Hart Lane last month after leaving bitter rivals Arsenal as a free agent.
The 33-year-old former Chelsea man is working his way to match fitness and will be put through his paces in a behind closed doors friendly at the Spurs training ground on Tuesday.
If Gallas comes through unscathed, he should be fit for Tottenham's trip to West Brom on Saturday.
