Blackburn in pole position to sign Blues star Dann
Blackburn are in pole position to sign Birmingham defender Scott Dann – despite stiff competition from several other Premier League outfits.
The 24-year-old has attracted interest from a host of top-flight clubs and Chris Hughton has been resigned to losing him all summer after the club's relegation in May.
It’s reported that a £5m fee has been agreed and Blackburn boss Steve Keen wants to tie up a deal for the in-demand defender who has been monitored by Arsenal, Liverpool, Stoke and QPR.
The centre-half has not featured in any of the Blues' first four Championship games or their Europa League qualifiers against Portuguese side Nacional.
