Liverpool lining up swoop for £15m-rated Benfica ace

Liverpool are poised to make a move for Benfica midfielder Nolito.

Nolito only joined the Portuguese giants last summer from Barcelona, but could be set for a big-money move at the end of the season.

The 25-year-old has signed a contract until 2015, but Portuguese newspaper Record are claiming Benfica would consider offers in the region of £15million and Liverpool appear to be the strong favourites to clinch his signature.

Kenny Dalglish is determined to see his side challenge for a top four place next season and is set to make a number of signings during the summer.
