Arsenal and Tottenham target Burak Yilmaz is being offered a bumper pay rise to stay at current club Trabzonspor.
The Turkish frontman was in phenomenal form last season, hitting 33 goals in 34 league appearances.
That record has attracted the attention of the north London rivals, as well as Fulham, Lazio and Atletico Madrid - but Trabzonspor are doing their best to keep the prolific marksman.
The 26-year-old has a £5million buyout clause in his contract and that could be matched by any of the teams reportedly interested in his services.
However, Trabzonspor have now offered him a new contract that offers a significant increase on his £500,000-a-season deal and a new buyout clause of £7m.
