Everton's hunt for a new striker continues after Bayern Munich completed the £10.4m signing of Croatia international Mario Mandzukic.
The 26-year-old has put pen to paper on a three-year deal with the Bavarian giants, according to German newspaper Bild.
The striker, who bagged three goals for Croatia at Euro 2012, was a target of Everton manager David Moyes, who was seeking to pair Mandzukic with international team-mate Nikica Jelavic at Goodison Park.
Mandzukic, who also attracted the interest of Liverpool, Juventus and PSG, scored 20 goals and made 13 assists for Bundesliga side Wolfsburg last season.
Wolfsburg have already prepared for life without Mandzukic, having completed the signings of Dutchman Bas Dost and former Bayern forward Ivica Olic.
