
Everton will continue to assess free agent Thomas Hitzlsperger - although Toffees boss David Moyes insists he will not rush into a move for the former Aston Villa man.

The former Germany international has been a free agent since leaving Bundesliga side Wolfsburg at the end of last season.
And Everton boss David Moyes, who has recently lost Darron Gibson to injury and Jack Rodwell to Manchester City, is keen to bolster to his midfield options.
However, Moyes, who is mindful that Hitzlsperger is recovering from injury, has extended the 30-year-old's trial, but insists "no quick decision" will be made on whether or not to sign the midfielder on a permanent basis.
