Man United and Juventus to fight it out for Isco

    Isco in action for Malaga

Manchester United will fight it out with Italian giants Juventus to sign Malaga midfielder Isco, according to reports in Italy.

Isco has made great strides since joining Malaga from Valencia in 2011, and played a key role last season as his side reached the Champions League for the first time in their history.

The 20-year-old, who was part of Spain's squad at the recent Olympic Games, has continued his fine form into this season, marking Malaga's maiden Champions League match with two goals against Zenit St Petersburg last month.

His performances have unsurprisingly caught the eye of Europe's heavyweights, and United and Juventus are both thought to be readying offers for the Iberian.

Sources in Italy suggest the bidding could start as early as January, although a transfer is more likely to take place next summer.
