Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool could consider making a move for AC Milan midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng in January, according to reports in Germany.
The former Portsmouth and Tottenham man has blossomed at the San Siro since moving to the club in the summer of 2010.
But Boateng has reportedly grown frustrated as AC Milan sold Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva last summer, as well as allowing the likes of Clarence Seedorf, Alessandro Nesta and Gennaro Gattuso to leave.
Milan are currently 11th in Serie A, with just seven points from seven games, and that has led to speculation that Boateng could ask to leave.
And according to German newspaper TZ, a number of Premier League clubs are weighing up whether to make a bid for the 25-year-old.
Boateng was born in Germany and came through the youth ranks at Hertha Berlin, but has opted to play international football for Ghana - despite his brother, Jerome, deciding to represent Germany.
