Liverpool are monitoring young Anderlecht midfielder Dennis Praet.
Anfield boss Brendan Rodgers has shown that he is willing to invest in youth this term - the likes of Suso, Raheem Sterling and Andre Wisdom have all featured regularly in recent months - and Praet could be the latest starlet to shine on Merseyside.
The 18-year-old, who is the latest to roll off the prolific Belgian conveyor belt, broke into Anderlecht's first-team last season, making seven appearances from the bench.
He has made five starting appearances this term - and notched his first senior goal against Ekranas in a Champions League qualifier.
As a result, several European clubs are thought to be tracking his services, but Liverpool are leading the chase and could secure his signature for a fee of £4m.
