Barcelona believe they have won the race to sign Neymar - but the brilliant Brazilian insists he's not moving to Europe yet.
Officials from Barcelona are confident they have beaten Manchester City and Chelsea to land the forward and a leaked document recently revealed they had set aside the requisite funds to sign him.
It has also been reported that the club paid around £8m to get the first option on the 20-year-old when he does decide to leave Santos.
Chelsea and City continue to monitor Neymar despite Barca's confidence over a deal - although the player himself says nothing is finalised.
"I'm happy here in Brazil," he said.
"I'm happy at Santos. I have a dream of playing in Europe, but it's still not the right moment."
