Charlie Austin has pleaded with Burnley not to sell him during the January transfer window.
The Clarets hitman, who has scored 20 goals in 19 appearances this season, has been linked with a move to either Newcastle, Aston Villa and Reading.
But the former Swindon striker has told talkSPORT that he’s happy at Turf Moor and wants to remain with Sean Dyche's side.
“I’m here to play for Burnley football club,” he said. “I’m enjoying my football at the moment and I long to stay here.”
