Arsenal target signs new deal at Montpellier
Arsenal target Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa has ended speculation over his future by signing a contract extension with Montpellier.
The defender impressed last season as Montpellier won the league title and he has been watched by clubs across Europe.
Arsenal wanted the 23-year-old France international and it appeared he was set for an exit when the Ligue 1 club suggested they could cash in.
But following weeks of talks, Yanga-Mbiwa has signed a contract that takes him until 2015.
