Mega-rich Anzhi Makhachkala are ready to challenge Newcastle for Moussa Sissoko - but the midfielder's agent insists there are still no concrete offers for his client.
The Toulouse star is on Alan Pardew's radar but there is also interest from Italy - with Juventus particularly keen.
Now reports in Russia have revealed that Anzhi are ready to outbid everyone and splash some of their millions on the 23-year-old.
Sissoko has become one of the most promising players in Ligue 1 after five years with Toulouse and he now looks set to leave the French club.
But his agent Frederic Guerra told Russian paper Express: "There have been various clubs interested in him.
"But there has still been no official contact with a concrete offer."
