Alexandre Pato could quit AC Milan and be offered to Manchester City in a deal including Mario Balotelli.
The erratic Italian forward has not started a game for City since a draw with West Ham at the start of the month and Brazilian Pato has reportedly grown frustrated at his lack of first-team action at the San Siro.
Balotelli has long been linked with a return to Milan and Pato's agent has admitted his client is considering his future - sparking rumours in Italy of a part-exchange deal.
Pato's representative Gilmar Veloz told TuttoMercato: "We want to understand and properly evaluate the situation with Milan.
"I'll talk to Alexandre and the club then we shall see what to do.
"Could Pato Leave Milan? I do not know, we'll talk after Tuesday when everything will be clear."
