Radamel Falcao has dashed Chelsea and Manchester City's hopes of signing him in January by claiming that he is happy at Atletico Madrid.
The £40m-rated star has been in sensational form this season, scoring 16 goals in 14 league games - including five against Deportivo La Coruna on Sunday night.
That has led to intense speculation that the two English giants, along with Real Madrid, will make a bid for the Colombian next month.
But the 26-year-old insists he is happy in the Spanish capital and wants to continue to make history with Atletico.
"I am enjoying myself here," Falcao told AS. "I have a three-year contract with Atletico.
"I dreamed of doing this, but I didn't know if I could. It has exceeded my expectations.
"I'm very comfortable here. It also helps a lot that we speak the same language. The Spanish, like Latinos, are very happy and I am grateful I can live here."
