The agent of Juventus star Arturo Vidal has handed Manchester United and Manchester City a transfer blow by claiming the midfielder is already at the "biggest club in the world".
The 25-year-old is widely regarded as one of the best combative midfielders on the continent and has excelled since his days in Germany with Bayer Leverkusen.
French moneybags Paris Saint-Germain are the latest club to be linked with the Chile international, who played a starring role in Juve's title triumph last term.

Felicevich told Tuttomercatoweb.com: "PSG? If he is at the biggest club in the world why would he go there?"
