The former Chelsea manager and Manchester United winger are both targets for the Ligue 1 club that is owned by the Qatar Investment Authority.
When asked by French TV chanel Canal+ whether PSG were interested in the Real Madrid duo, Saud Bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, a leading figure in the parent company, said: "Yes, of course.
"In sport you have to have motivation and seek the best for your club and make the right investments at the right time.
"We hope to become the best in Europe and even the world. We want to win the Champions League"
