Liverpool still have time to launch an offer for Wesley Sneijder after Galatasaray revealed that they have hit a hitch with Inter Milan over a deal for the Dutchman.
talkSPORT told you on Wednesday that Inter boss Andrea Stramaccioni was confident the deal was close, but Galatasaray director Bulent Tulun insists the two clubs still need to reach an agreement.
"I have met with Wesley and the situation is clear," Tulun told TMW.
"There are no problems between us and him, there is an agreement with Galatasaray. The problem is an economic one with Inter over £1.6m."
