Pepe Reina is the man to replace Victor Valdes at Barcelona, according to the Liverpool goalkeeper's dad.
Valdes will leave the Nou Camp in 2014 and speculation is rife as to who will replace him.
And Reina has now been urged to consider a return to Barcelona by his father.
The Spaniard began his career at the Catalan giants and Miguel Reina told La Xarxa: "Barça made my son a man since he arrived there when he was 12 years old until he left.
"I think that Pepe has shown to everyone how good a goalkeeper he is. Right now, I think he's at the height of his career. And I think he'd be the ideal goalkeeper for Barcelona, without any doubt."
talkSPORT recently revealed how Reina was on Barcelona's radar and that Liverpool have lined up a £5m move for Mexico goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa.
