Former Arsenal star Eduardo feels Chelsea and Tottenham missed out on one of the best players in the world this January transfer window - when they failed to sign Willian.
The Premier League pair were both been heavily interested in the Brazil star, who recently completed a big-money move from Shakhtar Donetsk to Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala.
And Eduardo feels the duo missed out on a player that, he believes, is just behind Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
"Willian for me, at the moment, because I know him from training, is in the top five players in the world after Messi and Ronaldo," he said.
