Manchester City and Chelsea have been told they will never be in a position to sign Marek Hamsik.
The Premier League pair are just two of many clubs who have approached Napoli regarding the Slovakian.
Hamsik, 25, moved to Napoli from Brescia in 2007 and has since been linked with a switch to England.
But agent Mino Raiola says that is very unlikely to happen.
"I know Marek really well and he is very different from other footballers," Raiola told Radio CRC.
"He's in love with the city of Naples, he is very tied to the club and the President.
"I don't think he will ever leave Naples and Napoli. I believe that he will end his career with the club without ever wearing the shirt of another club."
