West Ham face battle to sign Dutch wing star

West Ham face a battle with Ajax and Anderlecht to clinch the signing of Utrecht winger Anouar Kali at the end of the season.

Kali is rated as one of the best young wingers in Holland and has been outstanding for Utrecht this season.

West Ham manager Sam Allardyce is already looking at summer targets and wants to add more competition down the flanks, where Matt Jarvis and Joe Cole are very much the first choices at the moment.

But he will have to act fast if he wants to sign the Dutch winger as reports in Holland claim Ajax and Anderlecht are also planning to make their move for the 21-year-old.

Kali is out of contract at the end of the season and will become a free agent during the summer.
